We had a very relaxing stay during our vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our neat rooms and found the staff to be very helpful. The room we had included central heating, an individual safe, and a flat-screen TV. The bed was extremely comfy with hypo-allergenic pillows. The location was amazing, close to all the main attractions.

We stayed in the apartment which was large. Everyone was service-minded. Its location was particularly good, next to the centre, all the bars and restaurant and the main attractions in Florence.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of the city, with the train station and all the main attractions just a short walk away. Our room had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom, and the hosts were incredibly helpful with their restaurant recommendations. The view of the famous cathedral from our room was breathtaking, and the shared roof terrace was a great bonus. The location couldn't have been better.

We experienced some noise from the neighboring room, which disturbed our sleep at times.

The atmosphere was exclusive and the views of the cathedral were truly special. The hotel's location is very central and within easy walking distance of a beautiful bridge.

I'm so happy I chose the double room - it was so well-equipped and cozy. The private bathroom was fairly clean. The hotel's location is amazing - it's close to all of Florence's top attractions and the city center. There's also a great restaurant, Panini Toscani, serving quick orders right by the property.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a personal safe, and flat-screen TV. The food was great with a wide range of alternatives. The hotel was placed in the very central location close to everything in Florence. All the staff was very helpful, solved my issues.

Great location and incredibly helpful staff throughout our stay! I discovered a cute café, Caffe' Bigallo, just next to the hotel and ended up eating there several times. 😊

Very loud noise from staircase, with no sound insulation. Thin walls that allowed noise from neighboring rooms to be heard.
